Today's theme... a high angle... was a little challenge for me.  I settled on the above, although first choice is below...

As usual, my flash didn't cycle quickly enough.  Go figure.  Time to go back to BJ's for another case of AA batteries.

And true to my luck, after yesterday's "clouds" theme... this is what greeted me this morning when I looked out back.  Typical. 

30 Day Challenge - Day 3

Today's photo theme was "clouds."  Yesterday I woke up to stunning pink and orange bands in the sky, and was hoping for the same today.  Instead I got grey haze.  Since it's generally dark when I get home, I contemplated switching the days up, but decided not to because sometimes that's what it means to be a photographer - just working with what you have.  Today, that's what I did.

Seriously?  Does this even require a caption?


Incidentally, does anyone remember when Kayla was a carbon copy of her daddy and I used to question the true origins of her maternal lineage?  I take it all back - this seriously could have been me at age 2.
